Engage in the
Do Good. Feel Good.

Build your future as you instill and inspire Confidence in others as a Confidence Creator

Why is ConfidentLee® a great choice in today’s market?

There is need for students to focus on 21st Century Skills and Social Emotional Learning. However, schools and teachers have to focus on core curriculum requirements and test scores. Educators and parents both recognize the importance for a child to develop Confidence along with Competence. ConfidentLee® offers the conduit to providing fun, educational and empowering experiences. Our business model has low operation costs and is priced to be affordable.

Do I need experience to operate a ConfidentLee® franchise?

No. We provide a complete training program including the ConfidentLee® Methodology of teaching. Marketing, business operations, accounting and technology training is also provided.

Can I operate a ConfidentLee® franchise and still keep my regular full-time job?

You or a hired manager will need to have the flexibility to run classes, during school hours, after-school, and camps during school breaks/vacations. If you have a manager, they must attend our training in Detroit Metropolitan Area.

Why should I open a ConfidentLee® franchise instead of trying to establish my own local business?

The ConfidentLee® development team has taken the time to set up a successful business model. We have tried and tested many curriculum offerings and operational issues to offer you an engaging, robust and diverse product. You can hit the ground running right after training. Plus, we are with you every step of the way.

I have never owned a business. Will ConfidentLee® help me market my business?

Yes. We understand that starting a new business can be an overwhelming process. We will share with you the best practices for marketing your business.

Will I personally teach ConfidentLee® programs?

In order to reinforce our ConfidentLee® Methodology we ask that all franchisees teach some of the initial classes themselves. As a small business owner, you need to know your offerings so you can train others. You may also elect to hire Confidence Creators to offer these classes at several schools. Ultimately your goal will be to have other Confidence Creators teaching most, if not all, of your classes. We will guide you in this process.

What will it take to be a successful ConfidentLee® franchisee?

To be successful you need to be organized, passionate and business savvy. As the ConfidentLee® franchisee you have the unique opportunity to offer a brand-new concept. Your organizational skills will allow you to run and operate a home-based business. The desire to empower others and engage in the “Do Good. Feel Good” business will propel you to continue to penetrate your marketplace and work hard. Being business savvy and offering a great customer experience will present you not only as a Confidence Creator but also as a leader in your community.

A franchisee that is willing to follow a proven system, that is committed to excellence towards their customers, and that engages in positive communication in their community will always have great success. It is you that will chart the course of your own success.
