Namita

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Namita founded ConfidentLee® with the vision of empowering children and adults with the necessary tools to be well-rounded, self-aware and self-confident individuals. Our fun and creative program builds confidence in children by instilling in them the core competencies of 21st Century skills. Our proprietary methodology helps adults to become bold and fearless presenters.

Namita has owned her own businesses in the insurance and education industries for over 20 years. She has also been a television hostess for South Asian television interviewing politicians, film stars, sports personalities and other celebrities. She is often called upon to emcee events.

As she worked with children and adults she realized that for their true personal development, competence was just one part of the process. In order for them to be well rounded and successful they must be equipped with the life skills necessary for them to be poised and confident in every phase of their lives.

ConfidentLee® was created to inspire, instill and ignite Confidence in each and every individual. She believes that “Confidence gives you the ability to present your Competence.”
